What is Unique About My Pinterest and Blog Workflow

Instead of following out of date practices and cookie cutter pinning methods, I stay up to date on search engine optimization (SEO) and Pinterest best practices to get you the results you deserve. Client experience is a high priority of mine, and I do everything in my power to give you an experience that is impactful and informative! These workflows are designed to protect your time because I know that it is your most valuable resource. While still providing me with the information that I need, you are able to primarily focus on your zone of genius while feeling at ease that your Pinterest and blog will be properly managed.

Behind the Scenes of My Blog Workflow

Pinterest + Blogging is one of the most powerful marketing duos! With either 2 or 4 SEO optimized and keyword-rich blog posts per month, your blog will get tons of visibility and traffic through the strategy we develop and implement. Each blog post is created to be a resource for your audience that builds trust through your expertise and skill – all while showing off your portfolio!

Blog Workflow: Step by Step

Step 1: Create Marketing Strategy

When we first start working together, you’ll receive an onboarding questionnaire and we will jump on a kickoff call. Then, I will create a strategy that markets your business and works for you!

Step 2: Send Blog Questionnaire

For each blog post I’ll be creating for you, you will receive a questionnaire. This should only take you a few minutes to fill out!

Step 3: Fill Out the Blog Questionnaire

Typically, blog questionnaires are due on the first of every month. These questionnaires inform me what you want each post to be about, which galleries you want me to use, and if there are any important details you want me to include.

Whenever you want inspiration or need help brainstorming blog topic, I’m here to help you with ideas! I provide all of my blog management clients with an excel sheet full of educational blog topic ideas related to your strategy and niche, so you will have a bank of ideas you can use to pick from! I’m regularly researching what your audience is searching for on Pinterest and Google, and I would love to support you with creating content that you know your audience would love and need.

Step 4: Create & Optimize SEO Blogs

After you submit the questionnaires, I will create the blogs! I SEO optimize each blog post with keywords that will actually attract dream clients. Each piece of the blog post, from the photos showcased to the concluding call to action, will be aligned with your strategy!

Step 5: Send Blog Draft for Approval

Before the blog post is published, I will send the draft for your approval! This allows you to provide your feedback and insight before it’s published. You know your business better than anyone, and I want to make sure that the blog posts properly reflects your brand! Once it’s good to go and revisions are made (if there needs to be any), then it’s ready to be published!

Step 6: Publish the Blog Post

Typically, I don’t have designated dates for publishing blogs unless you want there to be! If we’re doing two blogs per month, it will likely be published around the 15th and the 30th of that month. Then, if we’re doing four blogs per month, we will typically publish one blog post per week! The publishing times can be flexible depending on whether you want consistently spaced blogs, if there’s a launch you’re preparing for, or if you need it published on certain days to support other business goals (like showcasing your blog in a newsletter).

Now that you have great blog posts that are an amazing resource for your potential clients, it’s time to promote your blog content onto Pinterest! Here’s how we do it.

Behind the Scenes of My Pinterest Process

Pinterest management is a full takeover experience where I build out a unique and money-making strategy that aligns with your business goals. You are able to kick back and relax as we generate leads and visibility through your Pinterest presence!

Pinterest Process: Step by Step

Step 1: Create Marketing Strategy

Just like with your blog, my team and I will develop a Pinterest strategy that supports your business after learning about your goals in your onboarding questionnaire and kickoff call! This strategy is designed to get your content directly in front of your targeted audience to increase your dream bookings!

Step 2: Set Up & Optimize Your Account

After understanding your goals and learning more about your brand, we will properly set up your account and optimize your profile. We will make sure your profile pic and cover photo are good to go, optimize your name and bio with strategic keywords, update and create board titles and descriptions, and make sure the correct settings are in place to strengthen your SEO.

Step 3: Create & Schedule Pins

Each month, I will create and schedule around 100 pins promoting your blog posts and services! I will use branded pin templates and your galleries, paired with SEO rich titles and descriptions, to increase your visibility and website traffic.

Step 4: Send Monthly Analytic Reports

You will receive an analytics report each month that updates you on how your account is performing! I will also let you know if there’s any strategy changes that need to be made or if there’s anything that’s not working. Sometimes you might you might see an occasional dip in analytics, and this analytic report will explain whether it’s normal or not!

This is also a great time to let me know if you have shifted any of your goals, updated your branding, or are offering a new service, so we can adjust your strategy if needed!

Step 5: Adjust Your Pinterest Strategy as Needed

As your business grows and expands, so will your Pinterest strategy! Working together, we will rework your Pinterest strategy when needed to ensure that it is always supporting your business goals. This might look like updating keywords in your profile, adjusting your pin design templates, or creating new boards.
